Data Deletion
Effective Date: April 5, 2026
If you have used Facebook Login or created an account on the Fremantle Rebels website, you may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to make that request and what to expect.
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data using either of the following methods:
Option 1 – Email Request
Send an email to info@fremantlerebels.com.au with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- A clear statement requesting deletion of your data
Option 2 – Account Request
If available, you may also submit a deletion request directly through your account settings or via our in-app support tools.
What Happens After Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your identity and account ownership
- Delete or anonymise your personal data from our systems, including any data collected via Facebook Login
- Confirm completion of the deletion if you have provided contact details
Important Notes
- In some cases, we may be required to retain limited data for legal, security, or administrative reasons, even after a deletion request.
- If you log in again via Facebook after requesting deletion, a new account may be created using the information provided by Facebook at that time.
